DESCRIPTION:In cooperation with the Forum Internationale Wissenschaft (FIW
 )\nJuly 18 to 21\, 2026\n\nThe DAAD Summer University 2026\, organized by 
 the Forum Internationale Wissenschaft (FIW) in cooperation with the Instit
 ute of Sociology at the University of Bonn\, will focus on the multiple ch
 allenges facing universities worldwide. Over four days\, we will address a
  selection of core topics that dominate the scientific and higher educatio
 n policy agenda. On the one hand\, we are interested in how universities r
 espond to various challenges in an international comparison\, and on the o
 ther hand\, how they maintain their own standards in the face of increasin
 g challenges – and how the portfolio of their standards is changing.\n\n
