Digitalization Project Complete: British Library Publishes Digitalized Archive of the Iglesia Filipina Independiente (Dept. f. Religion Studies)
The Endangered Archive Programme of the British Library has financed a digitalization project conducted by Prof. Dr. Adrian Hermann with support of the research and digitalization assistants Emyrrh Breccio Y. de Jesus, Ace Lawrence A. Antazo, and Philipp Kuster. Since 2015 the team has been working on a digitalization of the historical sources of the archive of the Iglesia Filipina Independiente in the Philippines.

Our lecture series on 'Ecology and the Metamorphosis of Modern Society' is coming to a close on Wednesday February 3 between 6 and 8 pm CET with a panel discussion on 'Socio-Ecological Metamorphosis in Practice'.

The next evening of the series "Ecology and the Metamorphosis of Modern Society" takes place on Wednesday, January 27. David Chandler (University of Westminster) and Jonathan Pugh (Newcastle University) will give a lecture on "Anthropocene Islands: A Critial Agenda for Ontopolitics in the Anthropocene".

The second evening of the series "Ecology and the Metamorphosis of Modern Society" takes place on Wednesday, December 9. Prof. Dr. Jens Lachmund (Maastricht University) will give a lecture on "Knowing and Managing Socio-Ecological Transformation: Urban Agriculture in London".
18.11. From climatic paradigm to socio-ecological metamorphosis? (Perspektiven der Moderne)
On Wednesday at 6 pm, Prof. Dr. Kaat Louckx and Dr. Damien Krichewsky will give an opening lecture as part of the new lecture series of the FIW on 'Ecology and the Metamorphosis of Modern Society'.
